Congratulations on your upcoming publications! I only recently was introduced to your work through 1517, but have appreciated all that I've read so far. I have already pre-ordered Broken Bonds for the library where I work, hoping to introduce you to other readers of historical fiction, and am looking forward to reading it myself!

You were able to pre-order it? Darn it, foiled by those Lutherans again!

Hahaha! We can place pre-pub orders through the main vendor/distributor that my library uses. Logging in now, I see my library isn't the only one to have it on pre-order, so others are planning to purchase it for their collections, too! :) We won't receive the physical items until after it is released, though.

The common man once again crushed by Big Library! 😆

Oh - okay. Didn’t mean it that way. Just thought it’d be good to get your work out to a wider audience of people interested in historical fiction so they’d follow your work and buy on their own. But okay.

I just thought I would tell a joke. I love libraries! That’s so exciting that some of them are ordering the book. Opportunities for those who can’t afford it to read for free. I have nothing against libraries. I promise!

Well, sometimes the perfect subtitle isn’t obvious, and you just think, “Let’s make them think about thinking.”

Amy, this is a really wonderful testimony of God’s goodness and providence. I was personally encouraged in some of the recent struggles in my own life. Also, I thought of the book of Esther. Will definitely grab a copy when availability when your book is out.

Just call me Esther, cause I’m gonna barge in even if I’m not invited.

Thanks for this update! I love reading the backstory and more about your journey. Press on, trusting Him to give the fruit!

When God gives fruit, you eat it, unless it happens to be that one fruit he told you not to eat, in which case you’ll still eat it but blame it on a snake, because no one likes snakes anyway.
